CALLING 911 is a management/simulation game that allows anyone to step into the shoes of a real emergency dispatcher.

Your decisions are crucial!

You hold the lives of your callers in your hands!

We all have some idea of what it means to be a firefighter, police officer, or paramedic, but not everyone is aware of the crucial role of a dispatcher!

The first step when a tragedy strikes?

Pick up the phone and dial 911.

At that moment, the dispatcher steps in. Their role?

To take your call and dispatch help, or not.

This initial contact is crucial!

It helps determine the seriousness of the situation.

The operator bears significant responsibility towards the victims.

A wrong decision could cost someone their life!

Contrary to popular belief, firefighters are not alone in managing disasters!

Who hasn't wanted to be a hero, even just for a day, and save lives?!

That's exactly what CALLING 911 offers you!

Our program allows people of all ages to discover the inner workings of a real emergency call center: dispatching interventions to fire stations, police stations, and ambulance centers is what will be required of you!

The player's role is as important as that of a firefighter, if not more so!

All that's left is to wait for a call. Does it ring? Let's go!
